Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@flipposolutions.com within 7 days of your original purchase.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Subscription renewals
  • Usage beyond the 7-day period
  • Accounts terminated for violating these Terms

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology used in connection with the Service are the property of PROANS LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business or personal use, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our platform, users, or reputation. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROANS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
